Shipping times vary based on location. Typically, standard shipping takes up to 24 hours within Accra and up to 48 hours outside Accra. Expedited shipping is also available for quicker delivery.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, return it within 3 days for a full refund. Ensure the item and its packaging are in the same condition as when purchased. Please note that certain items may have specific return guidelines.

Can I get updates on my order?

Absolutely! After you complete your payment, you’ll get a confirmation email. When your order ships, you’ll receive an SMS with status updates. For deliveries within Accra, our courier will call to confirm your location and deliver within a few hours.

Thank you! We operate exclusively online and currently do not have a physical store location.

I had my eye on a piece in your shop, but now it’s sold out. When will it be restocked?

Much like fashion, interior decor trends evolve swiftly. We focus on offering pieces that reflect the latest trends to meet our clients’ ever-changing preferences, which is why we seldom restock identical items (with a few special exceptions). While we may offer similar pieces, the exact same item is rarely restocked. However, we do accept preorder requests. Simply take a screenshot of the item you’d like to preorder and email us using the contact information provided below. We will respond with further details.

Can I purchase your pieces over the phone and have the shipped?

Absolutely! While we generally avoid phone orders, we recognize that some clients prefer personal interaction. Simply give us a call to place your order. We’ll verify availability and arrange direct shipping for you.
